2018 Roadmap to Ready Application
The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) is currently accepting applications for new preparedness coordinators and preparedness mentors to participate in the Roadmap to Ready Program for the 2018 calendar year.
Roadmap to Ready is a year-long training and mentoring program designed to help new preparedness coordinators at local health departments navigate the complex landscape of public health preparedness. The goal of the program is to provide new preparedness coordinators with the knowledge, skills, connections, and resources they need to successfully lead and coordinate public health disaster/emergency preparedness planning and response activities in their local jurisdictions. The program includes an in-person workshop, virtual learning opportunities, continuous mentoring throughout the course of the year, and access to resources. Please note that completing this application does not guarantee you a spot in the program. The number of available spaces is limited. NACCHO has sole discretion regarding applicant selections and mentor team assignments.
